You will collaborate with teams, document work, and assist with shuttle operations and guest assistance, requiring flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's physical structure and essential equipment, identifying maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, painting, and carpentry.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Maintain documentation of all maintenance and repairs performed, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of maintenance supplies and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and maintenance practices
• Operate the hotel shuttle safely and efficiently, providing transportation to and from the airport as needed.
• Ensure the shuttle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring a pleasant experience.
