Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel facilities including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
• Maintain safety and compliance with building codes and hotel regulations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to minimize disruption.
• Keep detailed logs of maintenance work and inventory.
