Job summary

The Post Oak in Stateline, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and furniture, delivering professional guest service that reflects our KE E P values (Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). In this role you will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist in keeping refrigeration, boilers and HVAC systems in top condition.

Certification preferences include CPO and EPA, with a minimum of 5 years in hotel/casino

Qualifications

Operate in a hotel environment with varying conditions including heat, cold, noise, and crowds.
Must be able to work outdoors at times and in elevated spaces.
CPO and EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and furniture and refinishing as needed.
Specialize in one or more areas from painter, kitchen equipment, locksmith, carpenter, upholsterer, carpet layer, tile setting, plumber, electrician, HVAC, pipefitter or welder.
Fabricate, repair and maintain mechanical devices, motors and pumps.
Respond to work orders and document work performed.
Serve as emergency response team member during crises.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
