Qualifications

• Technical Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Technical Training completed; trade certifications preferred.
• Hospitality/healthcare experience beneficial.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and buildings.
• Test and repair electrical, plumbing, and guestroom items.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts.
• Maintain safety and proper use of equipment; attend trainings.
• Keep service records on systems and maintenance activities.
• Follow SOPs for park operation and safety.
