Qualifications

• Technical degree or related technical training required.
• Trade-related certifications preferred in HVAC and/or Electrical.
• Hospitality, healthcare or related industry experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 50 ft.
• Proficient with basic computer/database software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on electrical, plumbing and other guestroom systems.
• Ensure safe, timely work and communicate issues across shifts per SOPs.
• Maintain service records on mechanical and structural systems and safety procedures.
• Follow SOPs for park operation, timekeeping and safety; document daily activities.
