• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple systems.
• Ability to provide ongoing training for Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, including minor electrical repair and plumbing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting and HVAC systems.
• Develop and monitor safety and compliance programs (ergonomics, emergency response, injury prevention).
• Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance work.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members and support skill development.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule department needs.
• Deliver courteous, guest-focused service to ensure a positive guest experience.
