Hampton Inn Evansville is seeking a part-time maintenance engineer to operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems at our Evansville, IN location. The role covers electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, boilers, and related distributions.

The ideal candidate has hotel engineering experience, vocational training or certification, and strong communication skills with a proactive work ethic.

Competenze

• Previous hotel engineering experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building construction.
• Vocational training, associate's degree, certification, or apprenticeship; state license if required.
• Understand and maintain advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems.
• Read blueprints, schematic drawings and technical parts breakdown.
• Good verbal and written communication; high work ethic and self-initiative.

Mansioni

• Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment safely using sound procedures.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems quickly and cost-effectively.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
