Job summary

Superhost Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Fort Wayne South hotel safe, functional, and comfortable for guests. You will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, boilers, fire safety, elevators, and pool equipment.

You will respond to maintenance requests, assist in room and public space upkeep, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

Experience with hotel maintenance preferred.
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Reliable with strong work ethic and task management.
Good teamwork with other departments.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, boilers, fire safety, elevators, and pool equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
Assist in setup, repair, and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
