Job summary

Pittsburgh Marriott North in Cranberry Township is seeking a reliable Maintenance Tech to uphold the hotel’s safety, cleanliness, and operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, and respond to guest room issues while maintaining Marriott standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Preventative maintenance: inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, drywall, and painting as needed.
Respond to work orders from front desk or housekeeping to fix issues quickly.
Ensure facilities comply with safety regulations and brand standards.
Maintain logs of completed tasks and manage inventory of spare parts.
Assist outside contractors on major upgrades or complex repairs.
