Job summary

DIMENSION MASTER is seeking a Maintenance Person in Alexandria, VA to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel for guests and team members.

You will handle routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, respond to requests promptly, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and keep tools and spaces organized while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
