Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

This hands-on role covers guest rooms and public areas, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and supporting the team with projects. A commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
• Good communication and team‑player attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and safely
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
