Job summary

Atrium Hospitality seeks a Hotel Maintenance Technician at its Grapevine property to perform preventative tasks, handle guest and associate work orders, and fix minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The role also involves pool maintenance, basic furniture repairs, and seasonal groundskeeping.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of maintenance experience, ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and comfort with basic tools; HVAC/electrical/plumbing certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
