Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Frisco Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician responsible for guest room and property upkeep, preventive maintenance, and quick repairs to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

You will document work orders, assist with groundskeeping, and support a safe, clean, and well-maintained property. Minimum 6 months hotel maintenance experience preferred; lifting 25 lbs; certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
