Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Loveland Embassy Suites in Loveland, CO seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled upkeep, guest room care, and preventive maintenance. The role requires a practical approach and attention to guest experience at a full-service hotel.

You will troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, repair equipment, and help maintain pool and grounds, with a focus on safety and efficiency. 6 months of hotel maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
