Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, maintain and paint hotel facilities.
• Patch and repair drywall.
• Inspect and monitor machinery, lighting, and equipment.
• Maintain pool and perform chemical tests.
• Tiling, flooring, carpentry, and furniture/fixture repairs.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.
• Assist with delivery and setup of new equipment.
• Communicate with Management and Maintenance Team on projects.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
