Job summary

Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department across all shifts, ensuring high standards of guest service and KE EP? engagement. You will supervise shift personnel and ensure safe operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in engineering operations (hotel/resort preferred) and a related degree with supervisory experience, plus strong safety and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years’ experience in Engineering operations (hotel/resort preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field and one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Direct the Maintenance Department operations for all shifts.
Supervise shift personnel, hire/discipline recommendations, and maintain performance docs.
Maintain and operate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Ensure safety procedures and logs are properly followed; respond to emergencies.
Train shift personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
