Job summary

You will plan budgets, schedule modifications, and oversee asset protection and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance programs, supervising staff, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest service objectives, while maintaining a safe environment

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a maintenance department and budgets.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Maintenance Department to ensure safe maintenance of property facilities.
• Develop and maintain department objectives, policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, energy management, and recycling programs.
• Plan, budget, forecast, and schedule facility modifications and improvements.
• Ensure security of assets and proper inventory controls.
