Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPO and EPA certification required.
• At least two Nevada State or nationally recognized journeyman certifications (e.g., plumber, electrician).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Initiate and respond to work orders; document work.
• Formulate and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to emergencies and critical incidents.
• Maintain pool facilities and document chemicals.
• Address guest complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow regulations.
• Lead on projects or assist shift manager as needed.
