• Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure safe, efficient operations and compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to work orders and guest calls promptly and professionally, maintaining high service levels.
