Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co seeks a skilled Engineer I for Loews Kansas City Hotel. You will perform trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry to maintain safety and guest comfort.

Respond to maintenance requests, monitor hotel systems, and document tasks. A strong mechanical background, problem-solving skills, and teamwork are essential for daily excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in hospitality maintenance encouraged.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry trades.
• Maintain safety and guest experience by performing skilled maintenance.
• Read blueprints/diagrams and document maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other maintenance disciplines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns and emergencies.
• Monitor and maintain hotel systems and equipment for safety and performance.
• Complete required maintenance records and assist in event support as needed.
