L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking an Engineer to perform operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment across the property. You will handle work orders, assist in cosmetic upkeep, and support various engineering tasks while ensuring guest comfort.

The role requires basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing knowledge and strong teamwork. The job is on-site at a luxury hotel in Beverly Hills, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of engineering support experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize, delegate and respond in a timely fashion; multitask under pressure.
• Successful completion of satisfactory background check.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to hotel health, safety and guest comfort guidelines.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders; update status.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across MEP systems, painting, carpentry and fixtures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and guest services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safe, clean work environments and follow OSHA compliance.
