Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance within a hotel or similar facility and possess solid technical skills in carpentry, painting, and electrical work. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, problem solving, and ensuring guest comfort. Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, or similar required.
• Must be able to work various shifts per week.
• Must be a team player who works well under pressure.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs., stoop, bend, climb ladders, and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest room and areas fully operable for guest comfort and safety.
• Solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently.
• Perform routine facilities and grounds preventive maintenance.
• Respond courteously to guest requests promptly.
