Job summary

Level5 Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Tech for SpringHill Suites Bend to handle daily maintenance duties and repair operations within the hotel. The role involves supervising work orders to complete requests efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards as part of Level 5's High Touch facilities program.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, trade school coursework, and maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and trade school coursework related field preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing physical structures of hotel buildings and grounds.
• Painting, performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings; basic electrical and plumbing tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Assisting with ground maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking leaves and refuse.
• Cleaning and upkeep of hotel buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows.
• Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Inventories, requisitions and purchases tools, equipment, and supplies according to purchasing guidelines.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists staff in solving work problems.
