Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality, nursing home or residential setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities effectively.
• KCMO pool maintenance certification a plus!

Responsabilités

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Paint walls and perform wallpapering and general repair tasks to maintain aesthetics and operations.
• Maintain pool chemical balance in compliance with local health regulations.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with hotel policies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests to minimize disruption.

• Conduct residential painting, wallpaper, and other repair tasks to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic and operational standards.
• Maintain pool chemical balance in compliance with KCMO health department.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests, ensuring minimal disruption.

Experience
