As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will perform duties to clean guest rooms and common areas, following Town Pump and brand standards within set time frames.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping.
• Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Maintain grooming and appearance guidelines and follow brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and meet brand standards within specified time frames.
• Complete all required company and brand-specific training and certifications; prepare housekeeping cart and close shift.
• Update the room assignment clipboard and manage master keys securely.
• Report room condition and status to head housekeeper and/or front desk; inspect assigned rooms for standards.
• Perform duties in other departments as needed, such as folding laundry or cleaning the lobby.

As a Hotel Housekeeper, You Will

• perform duties to ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, ensure the best possible experience for each guest, to Town Pump and brand operational standards within specified time frames per guest type.
• complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner, prepare housekeeping cart upon arrival and at shift closing daily, always follow Town Pump's grooming and appearance guidelines, and wear uniform and name tag while on shift.
• use and update the room assignment clipboard, sign-out, and sign-in master room keys daily. Ensure master keys are always secure (attached to self) and never loaned to anyone or taken off the property.
• report room condition and status to head housekeeper and/or front desk, clean guest rooms to Town Pump/Brand and time standards, perform self-inspections of assigned rooms and areas to ensure standards are met, be required to perform duties in other departments, as needed such as folding laundry, cleaning the lobby, etc.
• maintain a strong work ethic, display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance, comply with Town Pump expectations for confidentiality of guest and company information, communicate in a courteous, professional manner with teammates, management, and guests.
• have knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping, ability to comprehend oral and written instructions, correspondence, and memos.
