Job summary

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.

You will complete training, prepare housekeeping carts, manage keys securely, report any issues to the head housekeeper, and assist with duties across departments as needed, all while upholding privacy and professional conduct for every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping
• Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions
• Professional communication with guests and team members

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas to brand standards within required timeframes
• Complete training and certifications; prepare housekeeping carts; wear uniform and name tag
• Maintain and secure master keys; update room status and sign-in/out procedures
• Report room conditions to head housekeeper/front desk; self-inspect rooms; assist other departments as needed
• Uphold confidentiality; communicate courteously with guests and staff; uphold integrity of operations
