Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection in Park City, Utah, is seeking a PM Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor to lead and train the engineering and maintenance team, guide projects from start to finish, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

The role requires overseeing preventive maintenance schedules for hotel systems, troubleshooting HVAC, kitchen, water and wastewater systems, and coordinating with vendors while supporting budget planning and energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Engineer / Maintenance Technician, preferably in hotel or property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school is desired.
• Must be able to operate all hotel systems and associated equipment.
• Familiar with vendors and able to identify replacement parts, materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the engineering and maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hotel systems including HVAC&R, laundry, kitchen, water and wastewater, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs.
• Act as Director of Engineering/Engineer Manager in their absence.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel fire, water and sewage systems.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and address emergencies with composure.
• Follow safety procedures and health regulations; log essential information in Engineering logs.
