Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality’s Home2 Suites in Bozeman, MT seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead all building maintenance, safety, and compliance for the property. You’ll supervise the maintenance team, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure operations align with brand standards and local regulations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical expertise, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required; ability to drive shuttle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance program for hotel systems.
• Manage maintenance team and outside contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, and brand standards.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain logs and records for monthly/quarterly/annual tasks.
• Assist with shuttle driving when needed.
