Job summary

Oxford Suites Boise is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained hotel for guests and staff. You will troubleshoot, supervise the maintenance team, and manage preventive programs to uphold high safety and service standards.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, coordinate schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of management experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• 3+ years progressive experience in hotel maintenance or similar.
• Experience/training in refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily maintenance team and activities to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and address facility issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; handle emergency responses as needed.
• Provide guest transportation when required and support other property operations.
