Job summary
The Legacy Hotel in Medina, OH is seeking a full-time Chief Maintenance Engineer to manage all property engineering and maintenance operations. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, daily work orders, and special projects to ensure top-quality results.
The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience with leadership skills, and the ability to repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while driving safety, efficiency, and reliability across the hotel facilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum maintenance experience with supervision or leadership
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team to complete daily tasks and projects
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems
- Repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment as needed
- General building maintenance including painting, carpentry, and landscaping
- Ensure safety and compliance through inspections and documentation
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive as needed
