The Hampton Inn, managed by Aileron Management, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the facility's safety and functionality, handling a range of trades and guest requests.

You will start with work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs, with weekends and holidays required. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth within a hospitality-focused team.

Formación

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate repairs and record-keeping.
• Hotel experience is preferred to understand guest-facing environments.
• Maintenance experience is preferred to handle repairs across trades.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility.
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders promptly to assess and repair equipment.
• Perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, tiling, electrical, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document findings.
