Job summary

SpringHill Suites - Greensboro Airport is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise electrical, mechanical and architectural systems across the hotel. The role blends hands-on maintenance with team training and supervision to deliver safe, efficient operations and a positive guest experience.

You will lead repairs, review permits, coordinate with vendors, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. A background in hospitality maintenance and ability to motivate a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, building blueprints and schematics.
• Skilled in electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to analyze design intent and performance.
• Broad knowledge of construction and building systems.
• Five years combined school and/or hands-on experience in hospitality maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs for electrical, mechanical and general construction maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Assign and verify routine maintenance and operation of hotel systems.
• Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry.
• Supervise team members and contractors to meet performance standards.
• Coordinate with city officials and inspectors for permits and licenses.
