Job summary

Lodging Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Austin, TX. Reports to Complex General Manager and Chief Engineer to oversee the engineering department, prioritize and schedule staff, and ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks across hotel properties.

You will manage HVAC systems, maintenance records, safety compliance, and daily operations while meeting financial goals. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional service is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is required.
• Minimum 50 hours per week.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish beneficial.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects.
• Respond to guest maintenance needs promptly and professionally.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and overall property upkeep.
• Install and maintain HVAC equipment across all properties.
• Train staff on maintenance procedures and safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers for AMCs and outstanding issues.
