Job summary

White Lodging seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the operation and maintenance of Aloft Austin Downtown and Element Austin Downtown. You will ensure upkeep meets White Lodging and guest expectations, troubleshoot issues, and mentor hourly staff.

You’ll collaborate with engineering leaders, read blueprints, and maintain high safety and quality standards across a premium hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, operation manuals and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, lead and manage hotel operation and maintenance.
• Support Engineering leaders to meet White Lodging and brand standards.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Assist with training hourly maintenance staff.
• Perform additional duties as required.

What You'll D0

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.


• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards


• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues


• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates


• Additional reasonable duties as required.
