White Lodging in Austin, TX seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee hotel maintenance, safety, and the financial performance of the engineering department. You'll report to the Director of Engineering and lead a team to uphold WL and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.
• Positive attitude and commitment to doing things right first time.
• Strong technical experience with some leadership; schooling or equivalent work.
• Focus on safety and customer service.
• Progressive hospitality engineering or facilities management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel maintenance and protection, guest/associate satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Know the White Lodging Way for Engineering, housekeeping, and food service operations.
• Ensure maintenance standards meet WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
• Follow procedures for repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation safely.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot, take corrective action, document actions.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain inventories and procedures with risk management.
