Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Associate in Greenville, SC. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces in top condition.

The role requires basic electrical, AC and plumbing knowledge, good attendance, and a professional, guest-focused attitude. You will work varied hours, including holidays or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, AC, and plumbing and preventative maintenance.
• Must display professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain guest areas and heart of the hotel per standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.
• Handle keys per policy and maintain security.
• Assist guests with issues in a professional, hospitable manner.
