Job summary

Hampton Inn Greenville SC is seeking a dedicated Houseman to maintain hotel facilities and assist room attendants in upholding cleanliness standards. The role includes light maintenance, restocking carts, and supporting the maintenance department with work orders.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a branded hotel, a high school diploma, and demonstrate professionalism, honesty, and excellent attendance. Flexible hours and potential holiday work are possible.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent of same.
Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Maintains hotel grounds/curb appeal in accordance with hotel standards.
Maintains the parking lot/ramp including all pavement, lighting, stairs, elevators landings.
Ensures safety and maximum security.
Assist in maintaining areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition.
Cleans and maintains pool and spa, handling all pool chemicals in a safe manner.
Assists the guestroom team-members as needed with stocking carts and supplies.
