Job summary

Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a Maintenance Associate for weekend and on-site work to uphold guest areas and heart-of-house facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to meet brand and company standards, ensuring safety and comfort for guests.

The role requires 1+ years in a branded hotel, knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and strong reliability. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, A/C, plumbing and preventative maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maintain hotel standards.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and document maintenance activities and inspections.
