Candlewood Suites Greenville SC is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Associate to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across guest areas and back-of-house spaces. You will help maintain safety, comfort, and quality for guests while upholding hotel standards.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing routine checks on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and assisting with equipment maintenance. Flexible scheduling may apply, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, AC, and plumbing and preventative maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel's guest and heart of the hotel areas per standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to meet quality standards.
• Understand and implement the mission, values and culture at all times.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain life safety systems familiarity and action when needed.
