Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and guest room equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professional service.
• Complete and document work orders; note follow-ups for efficiency.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
