Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous supervisory maintenance/engineering experience required or equivalent training.
• HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support maintenance staff to standards.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Oversee bids, quotes, and contracts with third-party vendors.
• Manage small projects and report on progress.
• Maintain life safety systems and ensure 100% operational status.
