Job summary

Windsor Hospitality in Brea, California is seeking a Skilled Engineer to maintain and repair hotel facilities. You will use hand and power tools to support building operations while prioritizing guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC support, and responding to guest requests. Training resources are provided. This is a full-time role with a rotating Mon–Sun schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools for routine maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong guest-service mindset and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities using hand tools and power tools.
• Repair painting, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests.
• Replace air conditioner filters and assist with HVAC tasks.
• Notify management of major repairs and equipment needs.
• Ensure work requests are recorded and completed on time.
• Maintain uniform and badge while on property.
• Support company values and guest service philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
