Windsor Hospitality at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula, CA is seeking a Skilled Engineer to act as the technical backbone of the property, performing advanced maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, guide shift teams, and coordinate with Engineering leadership to keep guest rooms and public areas in optimal condition, delivering reliable service and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Mentor junior engineers and lead by example to raise team capability.
• Read and apply work orders, specs, and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities across trades, ensuring high standards and safety.
• Train and guide junior engineers and peers on best practices.
• Monitor compliance and report concerns to Chief Engineer.
