Job summary

Windsor Hospitality at Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula is seeking a skilled Engineer to maintain and improve building systems, perform preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting, and serve as a hands-on leader for junior engineers during shifts.

You will respond promptly to guest and management requests, document work, mentor teammates, uphold safety and quality standards, and help drive the GRIT values of Growth, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and Teamwork in every

Qualifications

Hands-on experience across multiple maintenance trade areas (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards.
Read and apply work orders, specifications, and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

Keep the hotel in excellent condition by performing advanced maintenance across painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems.
Serve as a hands-on trainer and mentor for junior Engineers.
Monitor building standards compliance and report concerns to Engineering leadership.
Respond promptly to guest and management maintenance requests and document all work.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment and monitor related systems.
Identify and report major repairs or upgrades to leadership.
Execute projects on time and represent Windsor Hospitality's GRIT values.
