Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance Engineer at our Lone Tree, CO property. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems, and assist with major repairs to keep the hotel in peak condition.

Maintain exterior areas, respond to guest needs courteously, and ensure safety standards. The role requires flexibility for various shift needs and participation in training sessions as required.

Qualifications

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Assist in major repairs of hotel equipment including boilers, pool equipment, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly, systems operate efficiently, and building is well-maintained.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment and infrastructure as needed.
