Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services across the hotel, keeping equipment and systems in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair electrical and plumbing systems, and assist with refurbishing guest rooms and building exteriors.

Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, completing work orders, and maintaining safety and quality standards. A hands-on, service-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance of complex hotel equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals.

• Reliable attendance and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and building systems.
• Repair or replace equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect electrical systems, lighting, and HVAC and perform minor repairs.
• Clean and refurbish guest room furnishings.
• Maintain exterior areas and curb appeal.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests.
• Maintain logs and complete work orders.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
