Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the safety and functionality of hotel properties, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and life safety systems. The role requires hands-on leadership to keep operations efficient and compliant.

You will work within a collaborative team under our ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy, assisting with projects, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high standards of service for guests and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel facility systems and life safety equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.

Responsibilities

• Oversee functionality and safety of hotel property, including buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems and life safety systems.
• Direct installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems.
• Roll up sleeves to assist teams and align with culture and mission.
• Promote internal growth programs and meet company goals and metrics.
• Maintain and test life safety systems and conduct inspections for compliance.
• Manage maintenance logs, coordinate with vendors, and supervise performance.
• Communicate with officials to ensure permits, inspections and safety standards.
• Lead special projects and oversee contracted work as needed.
