Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Supervisor to oversee the hotel’s maintenance department, ensuring safe, efficient operation of systems and equipment. You will lead a team of engineers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and respond quickly to guest or operational issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Report to the Chief Engineer and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
