Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Manager - Internal Maintenance to lead the hourly maintenance team and drive daily operations in line with guest experience goals. This role requires strong scheduling, performance management, and problem-solving to uphold the resort’s high standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, payroll accuracy, cost management, and ensuring timely repairs while maintaining exceptional service levels for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial experience in hospitality or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and on-call schedules for the hourly Internal Maintenance Team.
• Create and review scheduling reports and communicate data to leadership.
• Oversee payroll daily exception logs and labor cost alignment.
• Inspect facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the property.
• Resolves guest concerns promptly and escalates when needed.
