Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hotel maintenance experience; franchised hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of ice machines, refrigeration units, and air handling units.
• Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness according to hotel and franchise procedures.
